3 Quick and Healthy Breakfast Ideas for Busy Mornings

Mornings at my house for easy  breakfast 



​I used to skip breakfast completely just to catch the bus on time.

 Big mistake' By 11 AM, I'd be basically falling asleep at my desk

​Lately, I forced myself to change. I needed stuff that takes exactly five minutes. No cooking, no crazy prep. Here what actually worked for me

Than i suddenly ideas for some brekfast for fast making for me ,

​1. The Whatever is in the fridge Smoothie

Honestly, my blender is a lifesaver. 

I throw in a banana (even the brown ones), a splash of cold milk, a handful of dry oats, and maybe some honey if I am craving sugar. Hit blend. Done. It actually fills me up until lunchtime.

​2. Lazy Egg on Toast

When I want something warm, this is my absolute go to' Pop a slice of bread in the toaster. 

Fry an egg in a tiny bit of butte i like the yolk slightly runny Slap it on the toast with a ton of black peppar. So good, and literally takes like 3 minute

​3. Quick Yogurt Bowl

This one barely counts as a recipe, to be honest. Grab a bowl, dump in some yogurt, and toss in whatever fruit is sitting on the counter, Chopped apples are my favorite for the crunchs.
